Mendlesham Community Land Trust
Mendlesham Community Land Trust is a non- profit organisation, independent legal entity, created with the aspiration to deliver project opportunities by owning and/or developing land for the benefit of the Mendlesham Parish community.
Projects can be varied, but are anticipated as including provision of community housing or provision/acquirement of other assets/facilities that meet long term community needs.
Mendlesham CLT is currently run by volunteers, pending the opportunity to develop a project for the benefit of the Parish. It is, and will continue to be, essential that projects are community led, although as the projects develop there may also be opportunity for employment of officers.
